September is Fall Prevention Month
In recognition of Fall Prevention Awareness Month, the YMCA of Greensboro is highlighting group exercise classes that are designed to improve balance, flexibility, strength, and confidence—key factors in reducing the risk of falls. Try these classes during Welcoming Week, September 12-21, 2025 at any Y branch for free! During welcoming week these group exercise classes listed below are free and open to the public. Be sure to arrive 15 minutes early to complete waivers.
