Our youth basketball program is designed to provide a fun and educational experience for all participants. Our parent volunteer coaches are there to guide and motivate each athlete to develop skills, teamwork and confidence. Our program is open to all skill levels. Come join us on the courts!

Volunteers and parents model fairness, teamwork, and strong values through our sports programs.
We are always looking for volunteer coaches who will recognize achievements large and small and understand that winning is not just about the score. By playing sports, kids and their families feel a sense of belonging that comes from a community gathering together to cheer on their team.

We offer financial assistance for all programs through our Financial Assistance Program.
Participating in youth basketball is a fun way to build friendships, learn teamwork skills and much more. When you enroll your kids at one of the Ys youth basketball programs they can learn hand-eye coordination, improve agility and how to think strategically.
Our youth basketball seasons at Greensboro, Jamestown, Eden and Reidsville, NC, are a great opportunity for your children to practice their teamwork and social skills.
Groups will practice once a week on a weekday and play games on Saturdays.

The Eden Community Basketball League is a league that is supported by the community for our community. Partners have donated their resources to allow children to enjoy this league free at no cost! Practices and games will take place at the Eden Family YMCA.

We do our best to honor any request that you may have for your child in the 3–6-year-old age groups. Requests can be for a certain coach, teammate, or practice day and time. We cannot always honor your request, but we will do our very best to try.
Players in the 7 -14 age groups will be divided by a draft process, and requests are not allowed in these age groups. Games will take place at the Reidsville YMCA and Reidsville Middle School.
