Focused On Your Wellness at the Y

We know wellness involves more than working out. The Y offers several wellness programs throughout the year to come alongside you and your wellness journey.

Whether you’re looking to lose weight, get stronger, eat healthier, fight disease, improve your energy or lower stress, we have people and programs in place to help. We offer a variety of fun, high-quality programs that are included in your Y membership or require an additional fee.

For more than 130 years, the Y has served as a nonprofit leader and partner in community health, delivering evidence-based health programs and interventions that benefit vulnerable populations and those managing the life-altering effects of chronic disease.

 

Tour de Y's Wellness Challenge

Association-wide Wellness Challenge

Cost: $5 (or $10 with a t-shirt!) | Register Online  

Join us for Tour de Y’s, a fun summer cycling challenge! Take on the challenge and bike 101 miles, the distance to travel to all the Y’s in our association, between June 29 and July 21. Mileage can be tracked anywhere on any bike, whether inside the Y, on the road, or on a trail!

Tracking is honor-system based, and tracking cards are available at the front desk. Register today!

Yoga Therapeutics

Join Yoga Therapist Richard Bakker for a specialty Small Group Personal Training class! This class addresses the specific therapeutic needs of the individual, regardless of physical limitations, through yoga practice.

This class is not available for drop-ins. Pre-registration is required, and the class size is limited. Register at the front desk!

Please Note: Participants must meet with Richard for evaluation before beginning the class.

Summer Bootcamp

Join Kendra for this 4-week Bootcamp to kick off the summer! This program will feature high-intensity, aerobic, and interval training. It will help you push your limits, increasing your strength, agility and stamina. Join us and leave each session feeling empowered and accomplished!
