Free Aerobics Classes for the Community

Throughout the summer, the Stoney Creek YMCA will be hosting FREE aerobics classes for the community on the Town Green and in the Community Center in Downtown Gibsonville and in the Stoney Creek Neighborhood! These classes will be taught by our very own instructors and the classes will include: HIIT, Yoga and Zumba!

Price: FREE to the community!

Classes being taught:

  • HIIT with Walter
  • Zumba with Jeanette
  • Yoga with Priscilla

What to bring:

  • Yoga Mat
  • Water Bottle
