We know wellness involves more than working out. The Y offers several wellness programs throughout the year to come alongside you and your wellness journey.
Whether you’re looking to lose weight, get stronger, eat healthier, fight disease, improve your energy or lower stress, we have people and programs in place to help. We offer a variety of fun, high-quality programs that are included in your Y membership or require an additional fee.
For more than 130 years, the Y has served as a nonprofit leader and partner in community health, delivering evidence-based health programs and interventions that benefit vulnerable populations and those managing the life-altering effects of chronic disease.

Boost your golf game and fitness with CardioGolf®! This fun, low-impact program combines golf drills and functional fitness to improve your swing, strength, flexibility, and endurance—on and off the course.
Developed by an LPGA Master Professional, and led by CardioGolf® Certified Instructor Tim Gray, this program blends golf-specific drills with functional fitness exercises to enhance performance and prevent injury.
Using the CardioGolf® Fit Slope and Shortee Practice Club, participants will engage in low-impact, high-energy workouts that increase mobility and flexibility for a more powerful swing; build strength and stability to generate more clubhead speed; and improve endurance and balance for a consistent game
Whether you're a beginner looking to build confidence or a seasoned golfer aiming for more distance and accuracy, CardioGolf® delivers results!

Our program is body toning and definition focused, led by AFAA-certified personal trainer and group exercise instructor Meredith Knowlton Dennis!
Each session will be catered toward health seekers that are looking for personalized and effective guidance in their fitness routine. Participants will improve their fitness through personal attention and tailored exercise. Each session is designed to help you achieve maximum results and avoid injury, and will include a health education, goal-setting, and more!
