Come and discover the benefits of strength training with personal trainer Germaine Cousar. Coach G will guide two groups—one for beginners and another for those with a bit more experience. You'll learn how to lift weights, create a strength training schedule, and lift safely and effectively. Plus, you'll explore ways to increase your stability and mobility while building muscle at a pace that suits you. It's a great chance to empower yourself and connect with others on a similar journey.
