Save the date! Healthy Kids Day® is a day dedicated to celebrating families and kids. Join us for this FREE event and be ready for fun for the whole family. We'll have a full day from fun activities to learning about community resources.
This annual event features a variety of family-friendly activities to encourage healthy kids, healthy families and a healthy start to the summer season. You don't want to miss out!
For over 30 years, Ys have celebrated Healthy Kids Day® by hosting a variety of free, community-facing events and activities focused on active physical play, nutrition education, STEM and the arts, and so much more. Find Your Joy. Find Your Y.
Event Schedule
1:00 p.m. - 1:20 p.m. | Welcome and Event Kickoff: Let’s start the fun with a warm, fun welcome and a quick intro.
1:30 p.m. – Prize Pack Drawing (2) at the Main Stage: Join the excitement! Grab your entry QR code at the registration table for a chance to win.
1:45 p.m. - 2:00 p.m. | Hula Hoop Competition & Freeze Dance: Shake it off! Join us for groovy tunes and a fun hula hoop challenge.
2:15 p.m. - 2:30 p.m. | High Point Rah Rah’s Cheerleaders: Get ready to cheer. Enjoy an energetic performance that will pump you up!
2:30 p.m. – Prize Pack Drawing (2) at the Main Stage: Another chance to win! Head to the registration table for another shot at great prizes.
2:45 p.m. - 3:00 p.m. | Rhythmic Drumming Workout with Chrissy Smith: Feel the beat! Join Chrissy for a fun and lively drumming workout.
3:20 p.m. | Final Prize Pack Drawing (2) at the Main Stage: It’s your final shot! Get that entry QR code at the registration table.
3:30 p.m. - 3:45 p.m. | Family Zumba with Phylathia Muhammed: Let’s dance together! Join Phylathia for a fun family Zumba session.
3:45 p.m. - 4:00 p.m. | Dance Party Finale: Let’s party! Join us for a fantastic dance finale to wrap up the event.
4:00 p.m. | Closing Remarks & Thank You: We appreciate your energy and enthusiasm!
