Cricket

The Y's youth Cricket program creates an engaging and enjoyable environment for young players to build their cricket skills. Emphasizing fundamental techniques, teamwork, and sportsmanship, Cricket at the Y will keep kids moving while having fun. Our youth Cricket program includes structured practice sessions, simulation games, youth leagues, and opportunities to pursue a career playing cricket.

Our team of coaches includes international players, professionally accredited players, and volunteers who model fairness and hard work while emphasizing teamwork, cooperation, good values and helping kids build character.

We offer financial assistance for all programs through our Financial Assistance Program.

Level 1: Beginners

Ages: 7-12 

  • Have little or no game experience
  • Wants to develop the skills to play cricket
  • Build confidence

Session Details: This program consists of a weekly training session and Weekly simulation game on Sunday from 8:30 a.m.-10:30 a.m.

Soft tennis balls are used and protective equipment is required.

Level 2: Advanced

Ages: 9-17
Dates: October 11 (Friday), October 17-November 7, every Thursday. This program consists of a weekly training session from 5:30 p.m. to dusk.

  • Wants to improve their skills
